The Ipswich Writers’ Café invites writers, would-be writers and anyone with an interest in writing to come along and enjoy an evening of stimulating readings - from poetry to short story excerpts, from dramatic monologues to life writing – all in the relaxed setting of Starbucks.
Please just turn up – reading places will be allocated by names being placed in a hat on the night (maximum 5 minutes per reading slot).
During the evening we will also be announcing details of this year’s Ip-art Short Story Competition.
Starbucks will be selling a range of snack food as well as hot and cold drinks and the evening is expected to finish by 10pm latest.
