West was was born in Phoenix, raised in Seattle, and educated in LA.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematic
Production. She likes to describe herself as a nerdster (70% nerd, 30%
blue-haired hipster), and spends too much time on Twitter as @ByTempleWest ,
where she mostly re-posts Doctor Who and Firefly crossover memes while writing funny things about being a YA paranormal romance author/hermit. Temple
currently lives in Seattle, WA.
