What a fantastic evening of stories in the Bill Budner Trophy
meeting. Each one was worthy of victory but in the end there was a clear cut
winner:

Joint runners-up were: Dave with 'In a tin can' and Jane with 'A
dog called Rover, or maybe not.'
Next week we have our social evening with a meal at The Orwell Hotel and
arrival time will be 7pm for a 7,30 sitting.
Our next meeting will be on 2nd February when we will hold our
flash fiction event - all you need to do is to bring four words, each on a
separate, small piece of paper which will be placed in a hat. The object is to
draw out four other words and incorporate them in a short creative writing
story. Looking forward to it already!
