Formed over forty years ago, our Writers Circle is based in Felixstowe, Suffolk. Meetings are held in The Room at the Top in Felixstowe Library, normally on the first and third Tuesday of each month commencing at 7.30pm and finishing by 10.00pm. Check this weblog for details of meetings.

There is an annual November to November fee of £30, April to November is £20 and June to November £15. For members preferring to pay at each meeting the charge is £5 per meeting. Somehow we're halfway through May already. That means there are only two more weekends to enjoy Words, Wisdom and Whisky organised by the Association of Wigtown Booksellers. This weekend we have lots of food and drink to keep you full and happy, murder in ReadingLasses and free fairytales in the County Buildings. Read on for more details.

A two day celebration of the fantastic local produce Dumfries & Galloway has to offer: craft beer, cinnamon swirls, chilli preserves and cheese and much more including tastings and demonstrations. We'll be joined by Catherine Brown, Auntie Catherine in Maw Broon's Cooking with Bairns

Kirsty is literary editor of The List, co-editor of Fractured West, reviewer for We Love This Book and Columnist for The Female Gaze. Join us to hear about her life in literature and her debut novel.
