This evening's meeting.

Another well attended gathering who, mostly, produced their stories on the homework theme "I thought he would never change."

As is the norm for our talented group, the stories were excellent and, even those off topic, were amazing too. This group goes from strength to strength with their abilities to adapt any of the multitude of subjects to create a work of near genius.

Power to the pen, Scribblers... (or maybe that should be to the keyboard these days!)

Our next meeting is in two weeks time on 16 October when we hold another  competition... this time it's in memory of a former member, Bill Budner when we will have the opportunity of winning his trophy.

The rules are simple, it is for attending Scribblers who are asked to write up to 1,000 words on any subject. The entries must be typed but show no indication of the author. Please staple your entry sheets together.

You will be able to mark your favourite stories to help determine the ultimate winner.

Good luck everyone!

Until the 16th...

Keep Scribbling!!!
