Our latest meeting...

A late surprise, arranged by Barry, was to introduce author Natalie Meg Evans to the group. Natalie discussed her novel, the time it took to write, the re-writes publishers required and the frustration in the process. Natalie then read a few passages from the Dress Thief. Natalie stayed to hear all the stories from the Scribblers and enjoyed her evening with us. She is doing a book signing at Waterstones in Ipswich at 11 am this Saturday, 5th July.
Two new writers came along to the meeting to provide a healthy attendance and cover for some of those who were unable to attend. Tonight a slightly different meeting to usual but very enjoyable!
Our next meeting will be on 15th July when the geographical homework is on any place you choose on our planet, or even in outer space!

Until then, Keep Scribbling!
