Author talk

It's been a little while since we've had an author event here at the library so I'm pleased to tell you that writer Alison Bruce will be joining us on Saturday 30 April at 2pm. Alison is the author of two non-fiction and six crime fiction books.  Her novels are set in Cambridge and feature DC Gary Goodhew.  Alison will be talking about her writing and signing copies of her books (which will be available to buy here).

Incidentally, we are very pleased that Alison is one of the first writers to contribute to Suffolk Writes, a new initiative which allows people to have their work published in ebook form with Suffolk Libraries. Further information may be found here:

Suffolk Libraries Presents
Tickets for Vikings from the British Museum have sold out  but we still have tickets (£7.50) remaining for Antony and Cleopatra on Friday 8th April and Billy Elliot on Friday 20th May.

Drop by for tickets or let me know if you would like me to reserve any for you.

Programmes for the Felixstowe Book Festival 25th/26th June are now available in the library.

Best wishes
